Single en-suite room needed

Hallo! I am searching on behalf of my friend (who currently has very slow internet)who is a mature student undertaking post-doctoral research in the Classics department of the university.

She needs a room on her own, with en-suite bathroon, and is happy to share all other facilities. She is allergic to animal hair so cannot live in the same house as a cat or dog.

Wi-fi is essential, as is good lighting at her desk. She loves a clean space and always keeps her living and working environment very clean.

She often works long into the night, and this is the main reason why a single room is essential.
