Das Zimmer ist gut belichtet und enthält Bettgerüst, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Lampe und ein Regal. Falls Nachfrage besteht können Möbel auch herausgeräumt werden.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und auch eine kleine Küche ist auf der Etage. Alles wurde neu renoviert und noch nicht bewohnt seid dem.
Das Haus liegt direkt in der Nähe von einem riesigen Naturschutzgebiet, d.h an guter Luft und schöner Natur mangelt es nicht und auch die Umgebung ist besonders ruhig. Es gibt 2 Bushaltestellen direkt 1 bzw 2min entfernt und man kommt in 20min nach Poppelsdorf. Auch ist die Lage super für Mädels aus der Medizin, da der Venusberg mit vielen Kliniken in der Nähe ist.
Es werden alle neu einziehen, d.h. es liegt an euch, wie ihr das WG-Leben gestalten werdet :)
