Es befindet sich in einer separaten Zweizimmer-Wohnung unseres Hauses in Bovenden. Das zweite Zimmer der möblierten Wohnung ist bereits, ebenfalls zum 01.09.2024, an eine Studentin vermietet. Zwischen beiden Zimmern befindet sich die geräumige Wohnküche. Das Bad und die Küche der Wohnung sind komplett ausgestattet, auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine überdachte Terrasse als Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und einen Garten, der auch genutzt werden kann. In 200 m Entfernung befindet sich die Bus-Haltestelle "Bovenden Steffensweg Mitte" der Buslinien 180 und 185, die direkt nach Göttingen fahren (Fahrzeit ca. 15-20 Minuten). Im Zentrum von Bovenden gibt es zusätzlich noch die Göttinger Stadtbus-Linie 34. Pauschalmiete: 500,- € (incl. Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Internet). Es fallen auch keine weiteren Kosten an, da wir als Vermieter die Rundfunkgebühr für diese Wohnung zahlen.

The large furnished room (approx. 38 m2) advertised here is fully equipped and is to be rented to one person. It is located in a separate two-room apartment in our house in Bovenden. The second room of the furnished apartment has already been rented to a student, also as of September 1st, 2024. The spacious kitchen-living room is located between the two rooms. The apartment has a covered terrace as a place to store bicycles and a garden that can also be used. Dennoch handelt es sich um eine recht ruhige und naturnahe Wohnlage. Das Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und bietet einen Blick in den Garten, der auch mitgenutzt werden kann. Der nächste Supermarkt (Edeka) ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Bovenden ist aufgrund der guten Infrastruktur und guten ÖPNV-Anbindung an Göttingen einer der beliebtesten Wohnorte im Nahbereich Göttingens. Die Versorgung des täglichen Bedarfs wird durch mehrere Supermärkte (Aldi, Edeka, Netto, Rewe), einen Drogeriemarkt (Rossmann), mehrere Bäckereien, Cafés, Restaurants, Friseure und weitere Geschäfte sichergestellt. Das zweite Zimmer der Wohnung ist bereits an eine 23-jährige Studentin zum 01.09.24 vermietet. Jede Mieterin schließt einen eigenen Mietvertrag mit uns als Vermieter ab.
