Das Zimmer liegt im 1.OG der Wohnung, in dem sich auch Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Balkon befinden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich nur ein kleiner Eingangsbereich (nur unsere Wohnung), im Obergeschoss sind die beiden anderen Zimmer und ein kleines Gäste-WC.
Das freie Zimmer ist ~3,50 m*4,80 m groß und rechteckig (bis auf leichte Krümmung der Wand, wo auf den Fotos das Bett steht). Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Es gibt zwei Südfenster inklusive Verdunklung.
Alle anderen Räumen verbleiben in der Ausstatung, wie sie auf den Fotos zu sehen sind (natürlich verhandelbar, wenn du andere Vorstellungen hast ;) ).
Der Internetanschluss läuft aktuell auf 25 MB/s, wird nächstes Jahr aber auf Glasfaser ausgebaut und bekommt dann mindestens 300 MB/s.

The free room is on the first floor of the flat, together with the bathroom, kitchen, balcony and living room. On the ground floor is just a small entrance area (just our flat) and on the second floor are the two other rooms and a small bathroom.
The free room has a size of ~3.50 m*4.80 m and is rectangular (except a minor bending in the wall where currently the bed is). The room is rented without furniture. There are to windows to the south including roller blinds (opaque).
All other rooms stay as equpped as seen on the photos (of course negotiable, if you have any other ideas ;) ).
The internet runs currently at 25 MB/s, but will be upgraded next year to fibre with at least 300 MB/s.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand von Altdorf von Bovenden, die Leine (Fluss) ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und zwischen den Feldern gibt es gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, Joggen, Radfahren, ... .
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten, von dort hat man eine mindestens stündliche und direkte Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Im Semesterticket enthalten). Dort ist auch ein Bäcker und 100m weiter sind ein REWE und ALDI. Ärzte, Apotheken, Banken, eine Tankstelle und ein gut aufgestellten Sport- und Tennisverein sind ebenfalls im Ort.
Zum Nordcampus kommt man (meiner Meinung nach) am besten mit dem Fahrrad, die Entfernung beträgt knapp 5 km.

The flat is at the edge of the old part ("Altdorf") of Bovenden, the river "Leine" is reachable in a few minutes. To the west, there are great possibilities for walking, jogging, biking, etc.
The next bus stop is about 7 min walking away, which has a direct connection to Göttingen center at least once per hour (included in the semester bus ticket). The central campus is directly reachable by bus and takes about 17 minutes. Next to the bus stop is also a bakery and about 100 m further are multiple supermarkets, banks, doctors, pharmacies, fuel stations. The village also has its own sports and tennis club.
The North Campus is reachable best by bike. The distance is close to 5 km.
Deine potentiell zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Christine und Lena.
Christine arbeitet an der Uni in der Forstwissenschaft und hat (wie alle in der Forst) einen Hund.
Lena studiert Ökosystemmanagement im fünften Semester und ist erst vor kurzem hier eingezogen.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr entspannt und ohne feste Verpflichtungen wie Putzpläne. Gemeinsames Kochen (bevorzugt vegetarisch) und Spielen kommen vor, sind aber nicht die Regel, da wir alle meistens viel Zeit in der Uni verbringen. Spontan ergeben sich abends (insbesondere bei den Mahlzeiten) häufiger Gelegenheiten um zu quatschen.

Your potential future flatmates are Christine and Lena.
Christine works at the university in forest since and has (like all forest people) a dog.
Lena is studying ecosystem management in the fifth semester and has also moved in recently.
The living in the falt is relaxed and without fixed duties like cleaning plans. Jointly cooking (vegetarian preferred) and playing occurs, but not regular, hence we all spend a lot of time in the university.
Relaxed meetings during meals occur more often in the evening.
Das Zimmer ist ca. ab dem 15.10. verfügbar, die Miete fällt aber erst ab dem 1.11. an.
Der genau Termin steht noch nicht, ist aber etwas flexibel.
Eine Online Besichtigung ist möglich.
