ich suche netten Nachmieter/in ab 01.05.2009 oder früher für eine gemütliche 2er WG.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Nähe des Städtischen Klinikums und der Fachhochschule (5 Min. Fußweg), also: Langschläfer freundlich! Die Straßenbahnen und der Bus sind innerhalb von 2 Min. zu erreichen.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (incl. Geschirrspüler!!!). Es gibt ein schönes helles Bad mit Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Komplettmiete beträgt 260 €. In der sind Warmmiete, Strom, Telefon- und Internetflat mit enthalten.
Bei Interesse einfach einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren :-)
