Ich ziehe bereits in der kommenden Woche aus beruflichen Gründen nach Berlin und biete euch mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG in der Brandenburger Altstadt. Das Zimmer selbst ist mindestens 21m² groß und verhältnismäßig quadratisch. Die Wohnung selbst misst 60,6m² und hat ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie eine möblierte Küche mit Herd.
Die Lage könnte für Studenten kaum besser sein: Ihr seid in keinen 2 Minuten in der FH, denn die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 100m entfernt von der Fachhochschule.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist David (berufstätig), mit dem man sich super verstehen kann, wenn man möchte, aber es gab auch Wochen, da hab ich ihn kaum zu Gesicht bekommen. Ob Ihr nun eine Zweck-WG oder etwas anderes draus macht, bleibt euch überlassen.
