zum 01.12.'12 wird ein helles, 23m² großes Zimmer in dieser Dachgeschoss-WG (=3.OG) frei. Somit suche ich eine freundliche Mitbewohnerin zur Vervollständigung der 2er WG.
Das Zimmer hat mehrere große Fenster und ein Zugang zum Balkon. Außerdem bleibt das Zimmer auf Wunsch teilmöbliert (Anbauwand, Couch etc.)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Aufgeteilt besteht die WG aus einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (mit Spülmaschine !!!!), den beiden WG-Zimmern, einem Flur sowie einem Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc.
Fahrräder können entweder im Keller oder hinten auf dem Hof abgestellt werden.
Die WG-befindet sich auf dem Görden direkt an einem Waldstück und ist dadurch sehr ruhig. In 2 Minuten sind Straßenbahn und Bus erreichbar. Zur FH sind es ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, N.P. u.a.) sind in 5 min mit Rad erreichbar.
Ich bin 29, hab vor kurzem mein Studium abgeschlossen und arbeite an der Nordseeküste. Dadurch dass ich nur jedes 4. Wochenende nach BRB komme, hättest Du die komplette Wohnung zum größten Teil für Dich allein.
