Hallo,
ich werde ins Ausland gehen und möchte das Zimmer weitergeben. Ich wohne knapp ein Jahr hier, habe das Zimmer stilvoll gamahlert und eingerichtet. Ich würde die neugekauften Möbel mit anbieten. Wer möchte auch mit Fernseher und 5.1-Anlage. Der Preis ist auf Verhandlungsbasis, allerdings würde ich das Zimmer unter Umständen auch ohne Möbel anbieten.
Es sit eine ruhige Gegend, wobei im Aufgang auch niemand etwas sagt, wenn es ml lauter wird. 10 Minuten läuft man bis zur FH, 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, eine Bushaltestation ist Luftlienie 100 Meter entfernt. Sehr gut geeignet für Studenten!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut WG-geeignet, hat ein kleines Bad, eine Einbauküche. einen großen Keller und einen Wäscheboden. Die Wohnung ist saniert.
Bis zu drei Monaten wird meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin noch hier wohnen, dann wird auch Sie ins Ausland gehen und sie wird in Absprache mit dir einen neuen Nachmieter suchen, oder dir die Wohnung überlassen.
