Wir - Pia(24), Simon(21) und Micha(28)- suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 150 qm Altbau-Wohnung. Deine beiden aneinanderliegenden Zimmer sind jeweils 16qm groß (also insgesamt ca.32qm)und haben Fenster Richtung Ost- und Südseite. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt: die Fußgängerzone, der Bahnhof und die coolsten Clubs der Stadt ;)sind in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Inklusive allem (warm, Internet-, und Telefonflatrate, Mitbenutzung von Keller, Wasch- und Geschirrspühlmaschine, kompletter Kücheneinrichtung) kostet die Wohnung 318€ = 200€ kalt + 100€ Nebenkosten + 18€ Internet- und Telefonie-Flat . (Wird auch nicht durch irgendwas, wie z.B.: Mwst, oder Mieterhöhung oder Nebenkostenerhöhung mehr)
