Hallo Nachmieter,
da ich zum 1. September ausziehen werde, suche ich einen neuen Nachmieter für mein schönes Zimmer.
Dies ist 16 qm groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit Balkon.
Küche und Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet ( du kannst aber gerne noch eigene Gegenstände mitbringen).
Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen großen Keller, sowie einen Fahrradkeller.
Zu zahlen ist ein Abschlag von 200 Euro für die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten von dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von dort hat man sehr gute Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen.
Tankstellen, eine Apotheke und Lidl sind ca. 6 Gehminutenvon der Wohnung entfernt.
Falls du Sonntags etwas einkaufen musst, weil du etwas vergessen hast, kannst du dies auch gut im Bahnhof bei Rossmann. :D
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin heißt Stina. Sie ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert an der TU.
Das WG - Leben mit ihr ist sehr ruhig und angenehm.
