Die 4-Zimmer Wohnung liegt in der dritten Etage direkt am östlichen Ring. Drei der Zimmer sind permanent vermietet, das vierte ist größtenteils unbenutzt.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 16m³ groß, quadratisch geschnitten, sehr hoch und wirkt dadruch etwas größer. Durch die große Fensterfront ist es im Raum angenehm hell. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert übergeben.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage zwischen Universität, Hauptbahnhof und nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Mit Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einen beliebigen Ort in der Stadt. Cafes und Restaurants, sowie Supermärkte sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Hallo, ich bin David, und kenne die WG noch aus meinen Studententagen, jetzt bin ich berufstätig und teile mir die WG Meerim. Wir suchen einen ruhige, freundliche Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner. Bitte nur Interessenten mit WG-Erfahrung.
Die Rundfunkgebühren werden über die Nebenkosten abgerechnet. Es fallen ca. 15 Euro für Internet an. Stellplatz für Fahrräder auf dem Hof und im Keller (abschließbar) sind vorhanden. Falls ein Parkplatz für ein Auto benötigt wird, muss dies mit der Hausverwaltung abgestimmt werden.
