Fußbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung – angenehm warm im Winter

Transportation: Just a few minutes walk to the Amalienplatz stop. From there, lines 419, 429, 433, 426 go directly to Uni-Main and Nordcampus (3–4 stations). Lines 450, 480, 416 and 560 will take you to the city centre in 5 minutes.
Location: In 5 minutes you can walk Amalienplatz/White Ross with dm, Rewe, Doctor's Praxen, Hospital etc. – everything you need is very close!
If you don't want to cook, it's not a problem: In the area there are many delivery services to choose from, and even supermarkets deliver directly to the front door.
Verkehrsanbindung: Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Haltestelle Amalienplatz. Von dort fahren die Linien 419, 429, 433, 426 direkt zu Uni-Haupt- und Nordcampus (3–4 Stationen). Linien 450, 480, 416 und 560 bringen dich in 5 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.
Lage: In 5 Minuten erreichst du zu Fuß Amalienplatz/Weißes Ross mit dm, Rewe, Arztpraxen, Krankenhaus etc. – alles was du brauchst, ist ganz nah!
Wenn du mal keine Lust hast zu kochen, ist das kein Problem: In der Umgebung gibt es viele Lieferdienste zur Auswahl, und sogar Supermärkte liefern direkt bis an die Haustür.
Currently, the WG consists of two guys and one student:
One of us works in the tech area, is rather the quiet type (INTJ), a technology affinity and has a flaw for planting – the apartment is therefore also a bit green.
The second is independent, open and communicative (e-type), likes to cook passionately and regularly ensures good smells from the kitchen.
Our roommate studies, is more introverted (I type), quiet and appreciates a relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, we are a quiet, respectful and pleasant WG in which everyone has their free space, but you still like to meet in the kitchen or cook together.
For a balanced WG structure, we would be particularly pleased with a female roommate.
Aktuell besteht die WG aus zwei Jungs und einer Studentin:
Einer von uns arbeitet angestellt im Tech-Bereich, ist eher der ruhige Typ (INTJ), technikaffin und hat ein Faible fürs Pflanzenziehen – die Wohnung ist deshalb auch ein bisschen grün.
Der zweite ist selbstständig, offen und kommunikativ (E-Typ), kocht leidenschaftlich gern und sorgt regelmäßig für gute Gerüche aus der Küche.
Unsere Mitbewohnerin studiert, ist eher introvertiert (I-Typ), ruhig und schätzt eine entspannte Atmosphäre.
Insgesamt sind wir eine ruhige, respektvolle und angenehme WG, in der jeder seinen Freiraum hat, man sich aber trotzdem gern mal in der Küche auf ein Gespräch trifft oder zusammen kocht.
Für ein ausgeglichenes WG-Gefüge würden wir uns besonders über eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin freuen.
