WG room with living room and 2 great cohabitation :) WG Zimmer mit Wohnzimmer und 2 tollen Mitbewohnis :)

The apartment is located in the western ring area. For shopping there is an Edeka 2 min walk away. Directly below us there is a kiosk including a parcel shop, but of course you don't get in the apartment.
Other shopping facilities such as Penny, Rewe, DM and Hornbach are also nearby.
The main campus of the TU can be reached by bike in 15 minutes and by bus in 20 minutes. The HBK is only 2 bus stops away.
A bus stop is located right in front of the apartment, and the nearest tram stop is just 5 minutes walk away. So you are well connected, but you only need about 20 minutes walk to the city centre. :

Die Wohnung befindet sich im westlichen Ringgebiet. Zum Einkaufen gibt 2 min zu Fuß entfernt einen Edeka. Direkt unter uns befindet sich ein Kiosk inklusive Paketshop, von dem man in der Wohnung aber natürlich nichts mitbekommt.

Your new roommates are Minh and Mareike.

Minh is 20 years old and studied Business Informatics at TU Braunschweig in the 2nd semester. He is a very social person and always has an open ear for someone. In his spare time he regularly goes to the gym and likes to play electric guitar. He also likes to celebrate - especially in techno clubs - and is always open to new people and good mood

Mareike is 22 and studies architecture in the 6th semester. She often does something with her friends and is generally always to have for common activities. On the weekend she likes to stumble on the flea market or buys new plants for her little jungle :D Otherwise she likes to be creative and has recently discovered linole printing for herself. She is also looking forward to a relaxed series or switch evening :)

Generally, our WG life is very relaxed. We are not at all a purpose- WG and therefore have Bock on a person who wants to actively shape the WG life.
Whether joint cooking sessions, sometimes partying together, film or game evenings or just chatting about God and the world - we are for everything! ;D
Of course, everyone has their privacy and can have their MeTime.

We have a joint cleaning plan that changes weekly. In general, however, we also pay attention in everyday life to not leave chaos - we want to all feel comfortable :)

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Minh und Mareike.

Minh ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert im 2. Semester Wirtschaftsinformatik an der TU- Braunschweig. Er ist eine sehr gesellige Person und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für jemanden. In seiner Freizeit geht er regelmäßig ins Gym und spielt gerne E-Gitarre. Außerdem ist er auch gerne mal feiern - vor allem in Techno- Clubs- und ist immer offen für neue Leute und gute Stimmung ;D

Mareike ist 22 und studiert Architektur im 6. Semester. Sie unternimmt oft etwas mit ihren Freunden und ist für gemeinsame Aktivitäten generell immer zu haben. Am Wochenende stöbert sie gerne auf dem Flohmarkt oder kauft neue Pflanzen für ihren kleinen Dschungel :D Ansonsten ist sie gerne kreativ unterwegs und hat in letzter Zeit z.B. Linoldruck für sich entdeckt. Sie freut sich aber auch einfach mal über einen entspannten Serien- oder Switchabend :)

Generell gestaltet sich unser WG Leben sehr entspannt. Wir sind auf gar keinen Fall eine Zweck- WG und haben daher Bock auf eine Person, die das WG-Leben aktiv mitgestalten möchte.
Ob gemeinsame Kochsessions, mal zusammen feiern gehen, Filme- oder Spielabende oder einfach über Gott und die Welt plaudern - wir sind für alles zu haben! ;D
Natürlich hat hier aber auch jeder seine Privatsphäre und kann seine MeTime haben.

Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Putzplan, der wöchentlich wechselt. Generell achten wir aber natürlich auch im Alltag darauf, kein Chaos zu hinterlassen- wir wollen uns ja schließlich alle wohlfühlen :)
