Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und ich suche für das freiwerdende Zimmer einen neuen Mitbewohner(in) zum 01.04.10 oder auch erst etwas später zum 01.05.10.
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung eines gründerzeitlichen Altbaus. Es ist in den hinteren Gartenhof nach NO ausgerichtet und schön ruhig. Küche mit Balkon und Bad werden gemeinsam benutzt und sind auch komplett möbliert und ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG und deshalb fällt auch im Winter Sonne in die Whg. Ein Kellerraum für Fahrrad und Abstellfläche gibt es auch.
Das Zimmer kann auch zeitlich befristet gemietet werden.
