Hallo, mein Name ist Ivonne (23) und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für ein bald wieder freies Zimmer... Auf ca. 15 q/m² habt ihr Platz euch gemütlich einzurichten und wohlzufühlen. Die gesamte WG hat 83 q/m², wo Stube, Küche, Bad und Flur mit zur Verfügung stehen :) Man soll sich ja wie zu Hause fühlen. Wichtig ist noch ein kleiner Mitbewohner zu erwähnen - Shorty (WG-Schmusekater)- sehr umgänglich und gut erzogen :)
Tjaa... ansonsten einfach angucken und wenn Fragen sind, einfach fragen. Beantworte sie so gut ich kann!
Die Wohnung befindet sich auch ganz in der Nähe der TU, Uni und Hauptbahnhof, sodass sie mit Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder Bahn
sehr schnell und gut zu erreichen sind :)
