Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für 2 Zimmerwohnung.
Da ich nur ungefähr Sechs Monate woanders bleibe, brauche ich eine Mitbewohnerin ab April bis Ende September oder Oktober.
Die Wohnung ist nicht komplett getrennt (ein Zimmer ist durchgangszimmer, aber dazwischen ist Vorhang eingerichtet), also nach der Absprache mit der Mitbewohnnerin kannst du ja das Zimmer wechseln.
halb möbeliert; Sofabett, Klamottenhänger, Schreibtisch und Regal.
In der Küche gibt es alles zum kochen, und Waschmaschine und da kann man essen.
Rauchen im Zimmer ist nicht erwünscht, aber in der Küche kein problem.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 200Euro monatlich. Die Kaution ist 300 Euro.
Die Wohnung liegt in westlichem Ringgebiet und in der Nähe von Kunsthochschule Braunschweig (zu Fuß c,a, 10min.) man kann zu Fuß in c.a. 10 min. in die Innenstadt erreichen.
DIe Supermärkte ( Rewe, Edeka) sind überall nah verteilt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist HBK Studentin kommt aus Südkorea. Sie ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. bisher haben wir kein Problem gehabt.
Also vielleicht ist das Zimmer für Erasmusstudent oder Halbsemensterstudent..
Es erwartet ruhiges und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben.
Die Besichtigungstermine mache ich per Email oder per SMS ausmachen.
