Die Wohnung ist ca. 90qm groß und hat ein großzügiges Wohn-/Esszimmer, 2 Zimmer (15qm/17qm), Küche, Flur, seperates kleines WC und leider auch eine recht kleines Bad mit Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist mit einer Schlafcouch, Kleiderschrank und 2 Beistellschränken ausgestattet. Platz für ein zusätzliches Bett ist vorhanden. Für eine dauerhafte/unbegrenzte Miete kann ich die Möbel auch gern rausschmeißen.
Die komplette Einrichtung ist selbstverständlich mitnutzbar.
Die Wohnug liegt im westlichem Ringgebiet (Nähe Rudolfplatz/ weißes Ross) 1.OG.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind recht gut und zum Rudolfplatz(Bus) sind es 2 Gehminuten.
Ich bin 29 Jahre jung und berufstätig. Musik ist einer meiner Leidenschaften.
Für gemeinsames Kochen und Sport bin ich jederzeit zu haben.
Bin ein ruhiger, humorvoller und geselliger Typ und geh auch gern mal Feiern oder zu Konzerten. Für DvD oder Tatortabende bin ich auch leicht zu begeistern.
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, eine Party-WG soll es aber dennoch nicht werden.
Bei Interesse kann die Wohnung jederzeit besichtigt werden.
