Hallo,
ich zieh um und deswegen wird bei mir in der Wohnung (2er Wg) ein Zimmer frei. Hier kurze Eckdaten: Meine Mitbewohnerin bleibt in der Wohnung und sie wünscht sich ein nettes Mädel als neues Wg Mitglied. Kurz zur Wohnung: Ca 260 warm (wird weniger da mein Kabel Deutschland Vertrag ausläuft und der ca 60 Euro im Monat kostet). Grosses Bad, grosse Küche, 3. OG, keine Kaution, Wintergarten. Ich nehme die Waschmaschine mit, für die Küche plus Oberschränke und Kühlschrank möchte ich 200 € haben. Das Zimmer ist ab 1.11 frei (evtl.auch früher) und die Interessentin müsste mich als Hauptmieter "ablösen". Anfrage per pm. Besichtigung Montag ab 1800 bin da aber flexibel.
HBK ist ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Haltestation Madamenweg in 3 Minuten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wohnung wurde 2012 saniert (neues Bad teilweise neue Fenster und Wände verputzt).
PS: Bitte keine PM die Besichtigung ist heute (26.10) um 18 Uhr!

Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr nett, kocht gerne und spricht Deutsch Englisch und Chinesisch.
