Ich gehe für ein paar Monate nach Düsseldorf und suche für mein 13qm großes WG-Zimmer im Siegfriedviertel eine/n Untermieter/in.
Ich wohne mit Matthias (21 Jahre, Maschinenbau) und Lars (19 Jahre, Informatik) zusammen.
Die Jungs freuen sich über gemeinsame Abende in der Küche. Sei es nur zum Bierchen oder zum gemeinsamen Kochen.
Dein Zimmer enthält: einen großen Schreibtisch, ein Bett (variabel 80-160cm breit), ein schmalen Schrank, Regale und einen Schuhschrank. Nach Absprache kann ich meine Gardinen, Pinnwand etc. ebenfalls da lassen.
Wir sind eine gut ausgestattete WG (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ...)
Abstellmöglichkeiten auf dem Dachboden (auch zum Wäsche aufhängen) und Keller (auch zum Fahrrad abstellen) sind vorhanden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, NP, Lidl, Penny), sowie Post, Hermes, Volksbank, Sparkasse Apotheken etc. sind zur Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Rad brauch man ca. 8 Minuten zum Hauptcampus und ca. 12 Minuten in die Stadt. Zum Nord- und Ostcampus ist es noch näher. Die Straßenbahn (2) fährt quasi vor der Tür ab. Allerdings sind deine Fenster zum Hinterhof raus.
