Das Haus hat 2013 eine neue Fassade mit besserer Wärmdedämmung bekommen.
Die 2er Wg liegt im 2 OG und ist ungefhär 60m² groß.
Sie ist in 2 Schlafzimmer zu je 20m² aufgeteilt, der Rest entfällt auf Küche und Bad.
In dem zu vermietenden nordseitig gelgenen Zimmer wurde 2013 ein neuer Parkettboden verlegt.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbaren Nähe zum Hauptcampus der TU.
Durch die gute Anbindung an das ÖPNV-Netz ist der Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, in die Innenstadt geht es sogar noch schneller.
Ebenfalls gute Anbindung in Richtung Campus-Nord und Sportstätten der Universität.
Ich wohne in dieser Wohnung seit dem Beginn meines Studiums, und sie erfüllt alle Anforderungen an eine gemütliche Studenten-WG. Es soll mit dir keine Zweck-Wg enstehen, aber es hat auch jeder seinen Platz wenn er Bedarf nach Ruhe hat.
