Hey liebe Zimmersuchende,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin Jasmin unsere WG verlässt, suchen wir (Steffen und Andreas) eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Ein WG-Leben ist uns wichtig. Gemeinsames Kochen, Filmschauen oder gemeinsame witzige Abende sind keine Seltenheit. Dennoch hat man immer die Gelegenheit sich zurück zuziehen, um z. B für die Uni zu pauken. Eines der Zimmer steht bisher noch leer. Daher ist noch nicht klar, wer als vierte Person die WG bewohnen wird.
Das Zimmer von Jasmin wird angeboten zum 15. Juli. Bei Bedarf ist ein frühzeitiger Einzug nach Absprache mit ihr möglich.
Das Zimmer wird vom Vermieter zum Pauschalpreis von 305€/Monat (warm) angeboten. Zur Miete kommt nur noch Internet nur 3 €/ mntl. (bei kompletter Belegung aller Zimmer) und GEZ hinzu.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und hat neben den 4 WG-Zimmern ein großes Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Essbereich, Tür zur umlaufenden Terrasse und Durchreiche zur Küche.
Neben dem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne gibt es auch noch zusätzlich ein weiteres Gäste-WC.
Sowohl eine Wasch- als auch eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.

International students welcome!
If you are an international student and you are looking for a room in Braunschweig, you are welcome here! Right now there are two flatmates (Steffen and Andreas). There is a fourth room which is empty at the moment. So it is not clear who else is gonna live with you.
There is a room available from the 15th of July! If it's necessary we can talk about a date sooner than the 15th July. The room is being offered for 305€ per month, including utilities. The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, deks, desk chair).
The flat has everything one might need. Apart from the 4 individual bedrooms, it offers a big common room with dining area, a door to the surrounding terrace and a hatch to the kitchen. We have a bathroom with an individual shower and tub, as well as a second, small lavatory.
As for appliances, we have a washing mashine, a dishwasher and all the usual kitchen utensils, so you can also use our stuff, if you're travelling lightly.

Die Penthouse-Wohnung mit umlaufender Terrasse liegt direkt am Ring und bietet durch die Nähe zum Amalienplatz eine gute Verkehrsanbindung sowohl in Richtung Uni, als auch in die Innenstadt.
Das Einkaufszentrum "Weißes Ross" ist ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreicht und bietet bis 22 Uhr alles für den täglichen Gebrauch.

The penthouse flat with surrounding terrace is located directly at the "Ring" and close to Amalienplatz, which offers a great public transportation connection, whether you have to go to Uni or the city.
The mall "Weißes Ross" is open until 10 pm (Mon-Sat) and offers everything you need on a daily basis.
Wir sind eine WG bestehend aus Studierenden und Berufstätigen, welche gerne was zusammen unternehmen. Tagsüber ist es generell eher ruhig, wenn alle bei der Arbeit sind oder im Homeoffice für die Arbeit/Uni zu tun haben. Abends essen wir in der Regel gemeinsam und entspannen uns ab und zu bei einem gemeinsamen Film- oder Spieleabend.
Wir unternehmen (im Normalfall) gerne etwas zusammen: kochen, Film schauen, spielen, Sport und vieles Weitere. Wir sind in jedem Fall keine Zweck WG.
