Das Zimmer hat knapp 15m^2 und einen kleinen Balkon. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Entertain. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden und auch eine Spülmaschine. Also alles, was man zum Leben braucht :-)
In der Miete von 390 Euro sind sowohl Strom und Gas, wie auch Internet/Fernsehen und GEZ enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt im östlichen Ringgebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sowohl Supermärkte wie Aldi und Edeka, als auch das Schloss.
Der Bahnhof, sowie Bus oder Autobahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Den Straßenlärm vom Ring kann man schon nicht mehr hören.
In der WG wohnst du mit mir. Ich heiße Anna, bin 30 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Ich koche und backe gerne, spiele Gitarre und bin am Wochenende gern mit Freunden unterwegs. Ansonsten bin ich eine eher ruhige Mitbewohnerin. Ich habe kein Interesse an einer Zweck-WG, da wir hier nur zu zweit wohnen, wäre es schön, wenn man sich gut versteht.
