Objektbeschreibung:
Für mein WG-Zimmer suche ich zum 01.08.17 einen Nachmieter. Es handelt sich um eine ca. 50 m² Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche mit Einbauküche, Bad und Keller.
Mein Zimmer hat ca. 14 m², ist hell und mit Laminat ausgelegt. Die Wohnung ist Hochparterre gelegen, d. h. ein paar Stufen über Erdgeschoss.
Der Supermarkt ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Die Uni und die Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe.
Mein Mitbewohner ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert an der TU Braunschweig Maschinenbau
Die Miete beträgt inklusive sämtlicher Nebenkosten und Internet 242,50 Euro.
