Unmöbiliertes WG Zimmer (25qm), zwei große Fenster mit Rollos, Zimmer hat eine Glastür ist aber mit einem Poster versehen. (Kann ohne Probleme anders beklebt werden.)
Die Wohnung hat einen Flur mit offener Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen kleinen Abstellraum.

Hallo, ich heiße Philipp und ich suche einen oder eine neue Mitbewohner/in. Ich bin 27 und studiere Wiing-ET an der TU.
Ich bin ziemlich unkompliziert, humorvoll und für fast alle Unternehmungen zu haben.
Am Wochenende fahre ich regelmässig in die Heimat und es kann auch mal vorkommen, dass ich ein paar Tage aufgrund der Arbeit unterwegs bin.
Meine Planung sieht aus, dass ich noch ca. ein Jahr in Braunschweig bleibe und danach in die Heimat ziehe, es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung zu übernehmen.
