Ich biete ein 22qm großes, helles Zimmer in meiner wunderschönen Altbau-Wohnung im östlichen Ringgebiet an. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 93 qm groß und ist voll ausgestattet: großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Waschmaschine, neue Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Balkon, Gartenmitbenutzung. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel vermietet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines ruhigen Mietshauses mit insgesamt 6 Parteien.
Top-Lage! Die Wohnung befindet sich im östlichen Ringgebiet, direkt an der Stadthalle Braunschweig. Der Brawo-Park ist fußläufig entfernt, der Hbf. ebenso. Die Straßenbahn hält quasi direkt vorm Haus, bis zum Schloss sind es 3 Haltestellen.
Da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin im August ausziehen wird, suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung soll also wieder eine 2-er WG werden. Ich bin ein geselliger Mensch, genieße aber auch gern das Alleinsein. Ich finde aber ein entspanntes Miteinander toll und freue mich auf ein tolles, neues WG-Leben.
