Vermietet wird ein möbliertes 14 m²-Zimmer mit einem großen Doppel-Hochbett (1,90m breite Liegewiese) mit untergebauten Regalen als Stauraum. 2 große Fenster sorgen trotz Lage im Erdgeschoss für viel Tageslicht, diese sind direkt zu Ring ausgerichtet, jedoch sehr gut Schallisoliert. Neben einem Schreibtisch ist außerdem ein Hängeshcrank vorhanden. Neben dem vermieteten Zimmer, können die ausgestatte Küche und das Bad natürlich mitbenutzt werden.

A 14m² room with a big size double bunk bed (1,90m wide) is for rent. The bed has an understructure made of shelves as storage room for your stuff. 2 large windows provide lots of light during the day even on the ground floor level. The windos are directed towards the street (Altstadtring) and carefully sound insulated. In addition, the room ist furnished with a cupboard and a desk. In adittion to the room for rent, the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom are included for shared use.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Altstadtring und ist dadurch gut angebunden. Einzig die Parkplatzsuche ist oft recht nervig - daher am besten mit Bus & Rad erreichbar.
The apartment is located directly at the Altstadtring, and is therefore easily accessible. Finding parking space, nevertheless, can be very annoying.
Accessability:
Bus station (Madamenweg) - 1 min. by foot
Old city center (Kohlmarkt) - 5 -10 min. by bike, 20 min. by foot
HBK - 5 min. by foot
TU Braunschweig - 10 min. by bike, 15 min. by bus
Train station - 10-15 min. by bike, 15 min. by bus
Supermarket - 3 min. (Netto), 3 min. (Turkish supermarket), 10 min. (Edeka, Rewe) by foot
Derzeit wohne ich (28 Jahre, Umweltingenieurin) allein in der Wohnung. Ich selbst stehe unter der Woche teils recht früh auf und bin spät abends noch am rumwerkeln. Es wird öfters in der Wohnung gekocht, gebacken und Gitarre geübt. Wen das alles nicht stört, bzw. wer mitmachen will - herzlich willkommen ;-). Falls sich jemand findet, mit dem man sich auch mal über gemeinsame Interessen austauschen kann (Umwelt, Natur, Musik, Reisen, Laufen, Essen, Wein, ...), wäre das top. Ansonsten noch wichtig, dass Partys hier von den Nachbarn nicht gern gehört werden.
Das Zimmer ist vorerst befristet eingestellt, da ich nicht weiß wie lange ich selbst hier noch wohne. Ggf. lässt sich über die Mietdauer im Nachgang noch sprechen.
I (28 years old, environmental engineer) currently live in the apartment. During the week, I often leave the house early in the morning and migth be a bit noisy until late evening hours. I often cook, bake and (try to!) learn guitar in the apartment - if you don't mind all this, feel welcome =). It would be great to find a flatmate who is interested in occasionally exchanging ideas about common interests (environment, nature, music, travelling, running, food, wine...). And apart from that it might be important to know, that the neighbours don't really appreciate partying in the apartment.
The room ist described as temporary because I am not sure how long I will still live in this apartment. It might be possible to discuss the term of lease afterwards.
