Hey!
Da mein Mitbewohner bereits ausgezogen ist bin ich auf der Suche nach einer/einem netten Mitbewohner/in. Gerne unbefristet mit der Möglichkeit ab Oktober die ganze Wohnung zu übernehmen aber auch befristet für 6-7 Monate ist okay. Einzugsdatum ab sofort.
Dein neues Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm² groß, hell und durch das Wohnzimmer erschließbar. Das Zimmer wird zum Einzugszeitpunkt unmöbliert sein. Falls du einmal länger ausschlafen willst, sorgt das Rollo dafür, dass du nicht von der Morgensonne geweckt wirst.
Du kannst übrigens ohne Probleme dein Fenster öffnen, da kein Verkehrslärm zu hören ist.
Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen :)

my flatmate moved out which is why I have one room (if nessecary with the livinig room for more rent) available for rent.
You would also have the chance to take over the whole flat in October 2024. Short term of 6 months is possible, Erasmus students are welcome.
Your room would be 12 qm. Your room is accessible through the living room and without the furniture (but Window roller blinds) on the pictures.
Die Lage ist top, denn...
Die TU Braunschweig ist schon in kurzer Zeit sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Bus erreichbar und ist damit nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Wir wohnen direkt am Weißen Ross (Einkaufszentrum - Bäcker, DM, Rewe, Deichmann, Denn's). Aldi und Lidl sind auch nur in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle "Amalienplatz" ist 4 Minuten entfernt und bindet dich optimal in die Infrastruktur ein, sodass du in nur wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt gelangen kannst. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Bus innerhalb 15-20 Minuten erreichbar.

The location is great because of the 10 mins to University by bike and busses around. Also a "shopping centre" with supermarkets, pharmacy etc. is 5 mins on foot as well as lidl & aldi and more 3 mins on foot away.
You can reach the main station within 20 mins and the city centre within 20 mins on foot.
Zu mir, deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin:
Ich bin 28 und studiere an der TU Braunschweig im Master. Ich bin ab Oktober fertig mit meinem Studium und werde dann höchstwahrscheinlich ausziehen.
Bin selber ein sehr offener und entspannter Mensch und würde mich freuen, wenn mein/e Mitbewohner/in auch gerne ab und an was unternimmt, sei es was zu kochen, spazieren zu gehen oder den Abend in unserem Wohnzimmer entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Bin aber auch voll okay mit viel Privatsphäre, da ich eigentlich recht viel unterwegs bin.
Mehr zu mir kommt dann beim Kennenlernen. :)

I, Nadine, would live in the other room next to yours. I`ve been living in this flat for a while now and am studying at the TU Braunschweig in my masters. I will finish my degree in October which is why I probably move out then and the whole flat would also be available to take over if wanted.
I am an open minded, outgoing person and would like to be able to connect with you and spent some time together, even tho I`m quiet busy always. So I do understand and am totally fine with lots of privacy.

Da wir damals in eine komplett leere Wohnung ohne Küche und ohne Fußboden gezogen sind, mussten wir bei unserem Einzug einiges in die Wohnung investieren. Zudem kamen einige Renovierungen dazu, wie zb. das Bad und eine Schallschutzwand in deinem Zimmer. Dadurch kommt der Abschlag zustande, welcher bei einem unbefristeten Vertrag gelten würde. Ich kann gerne unsere Investitionen auflisten, anhand der du genau die Höhe des Abschlages nachvollziehen kannst.
Falls das Zimmer/ die Wohnung/ meine Person dich angesprochen hast, würde ich mich über eine kurze Nachricht von dir freuen. Ich werde mich dann bei dir (meistens telefonisch) melden, um mit dir einen Kennlern-Termin zu vereinbaren, auch online.

When I moved in we had to do the floor, built the kitchen and so on. We had to invest allot and renovated after aswell. Which is why I would ask for the part payment when it comes to a long stay.
