Ich habe ein freies Zimmer in meiner Wohnung und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist hell, groß und derzeit mit Möbel und sehr cooles Ventilatorlicht ;) - siehe Bilder.
Ich bevorzuge eine Langzeitaufenthaltsvereinbarung.
Dieses Zimmer ist für maximal zwei Personen geeignet und ich habe kein Problem mit kleinen Haustieren.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WLAN, eine Waschmaschine im Keller und einen gemeinsamen Abstellraum für Fahrräder.
Ich bevorzuge die Kommunikation auf Englisch. Deutsche Sprache nur per E-Mail :) Sorry

I have one free room in my apartment and I am looking for a new flatmate. The room is bright, big and currently with furniture and a very cool fan light ;) - see pictures.
I prefer a long-stay agreement.
This room is suitable for max two people and I have no problem with small pets.
The flat has a kitchen and bathroom with a shower, wifi, a washing machine in the basement and shared storage for bikes.
I prefer communication in English. German language via emails only :) sorry

Zdar, mam voly pokoj v byte a hledam spolubydliciho. Mistnost je svetla, velka a v soucastnosti s nabytkem a s cool svetlem s vetrakem.
Preferuji dlohodoby pronajem.
Tahle mistnost je vhodna pro maximalne dva lidi a nemam problem ani s malyma domacima zviratama.
Byt ma kuchyn a koupelnu se sprchovym koutem, wifi, mycku a pracku ktera je v sklepe, kde je i misto pro kola.
Pisu ze preferuji komunikaci v anglictine ale cestina a slovencina je taky cool :D
