The room belongs to a newly renovated 3-person shared apartment. In addition to a spacious hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with cozy dining area and a large bathroom (inc. washing machine) belong to the apartment.
The room is practically cut and equipped with new furniture. So you can move in directly!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Westlichen Ringgebiet, direkt gegenüber der Hochschule für Bildende Künste (HBK Univesity). Das Stadtzentrum und der Westpark sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel halten direkt vor der Wohnung. An der Straßenecke hat kürzlich ein nettes Café eröffnet. Restaurants, Bars und sogar Clubs sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the Westliches Ringgebiet, directly opposite of the Hochschule für Bildende Künste (HBK Univesity). The city center and the Westpark can be reached in about 5 minutes by bike and the public transport stops directly in front of the appartement. On the street corner, a nice café has recently opened. Restaurants, Bars and even clubs are also within walking distance.
Wir sind Krum (30) und Shashank (28), Berufstätige an der TU Braunschweig und in der Automobilbranche. Wir sind ruhige Menschen, die gerne zusammen kochen. Wir gehen freitags zum Essen aus und am Wochenende auch. Wir sehen uns oft gemeinsam Filme an und erkunden das Leben in Deutschland.
