Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein sehr geräumiges und großes WG-ZImmer im Wendenring. Mich zieht es für Juni bis September auf Grund eines Förderprogramms nach Frankfurt und deswegen wird das Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer würde ich dir möbiliert übergeben und auch gerne ein paar kleinere Dinge drin lassen. D.h. du könntest mit kleinem Gepäck und wenig Umzugsstress bei uns einziehen. Die absoluten Highlights des Zimmers sind der höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch und der riesige Kleiderschrank. Die Pflanzen machen das Zimmer auch sehr gemütlich.
Das Zimmer ist eines von drei separat begehbaren Zimmern. Es ist 25 Quadratmeter groß und hat Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung an sich hat eine große Küche, welche schon fertig eingerichtet ist und zum gemeinsamen Kochen einlädt.
Außerdem bietet der Balkon eine gute Basis für einen gelungenen Grillabend.

Hi guys,
I am looking for a new tenant for my very spacious and large WG room in Wendenring. I am moving to Frankfurt for June to September due to a support program and therefore the room is free. I would give the room to you furnished and I would like to leave some smaller things in it. I.e. you could move in with small luggage and little moving stress.
The room is one of three separately accessible rooms. It is 25 square meters and has floorboards.
The apartment itself has a large kitchen, which is already furnished and invites you to cook together.
In addition, the balcony provides a good base for a successful barbecue.
Das WG Zimmer liegt sehr zentral und ist nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg von der Uni entfernt!
Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Füß innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
Daher eine perfekte Lage vor allem für Studenten :)
Außerdem befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und auch Bars
und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen.

Die WG besteht aus Mareike (27), Max (26)
und Nane (24). Mareike und Max wohnen schon seit knapp sechs Jahren zusammen in der WG, Nane kam mit einer kleinen Unterbrechung schon vor ca. zwei Jahr dazu und war erst für Max als Zwischenmieterin in der WG und wurde dann irgendwie Adoptiert. Wir fühlen uns alle in der WG und mit dem Zusammenleben sehr wohl und unternehmen viel. Vom frühstücken bis hin zum Tretboot fahren sind meist alle gerne dabei. Aber jeder einzelne hat auch seine speziellen Qualitäten, Mareike ist für die neusten und heißesten Gags zuständig und außerdem die Queen des Balkons. Falls du nach der Klausurenphase etwas mehr Bewegung brauchst wäre Nane die richtige Ansprechpartnerin und stellt dir einen persönlichen Trainingsplan zusammen. Max ist immer für jeden Spaß zu haben und würde sich über neue Gegner im Backgamon, Karten oder Beer-Pong freuen.

The flat-sharing group consists of Mareike (27), Max (26)
and Nane (24). Mareike and Max have been living together in the flat-share for almost six years, Nane came with a small interruption about two years ago and was first for Max as an interim tenant in the flat-share and was then somehow adopted. We all feel very comfortable in the WG and with living together and do a lot. From breakfast to pedal boating, everyone is usually happy to be there. But every single one of us has his special qualities, Mareike is responsible for the newest and hottest gags and also the queen of the balcony. If you need a little more exercise after the exam phase, Nane would be the right contact person and will put together a personal training plan for you. Max is always up for any fun and would be happy about new opponents in backgamon, cards or beer pong.
Ich würde mich über eine nette Mail freuen in der du dich vielleicht kurz vorstellst, damit man sich ein erstes Bild machen kann :)
Ich kann dir auch gerne ein Fahrrad hier lassen und zur Verfügung stellen. Damit kommst du noch schneller von A nach B.
