Hallo!
Wir suchen zum 1.3. einen neuen Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist 26,5qm groß und kostet
komplett (+Nebenkosten, Strom, Telefon und Internet) 311 €.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Xavier (spanischer Austauschstudent, studiert Maschinenbauer) und ich :-) Andrea Biotechnologin, habe meine Studium vor kurzem beendet.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, 5 min zu Fuß zum Hauptcampus und keine 10min mit dem
Fahhrad zum Nordcampus. Ins Stadtzentrum sind es auch nur 10min. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle um die Ecke.
Anschauen könnt ihr euch die WG am Sonntag (10.2.)

Die Zimmereinrichtung kann übernommen werden. Die meisten Sachen wurden von unserem Mitbewohner vor 1,5 Jahren neu gekauft, der Rest ist älter. Ihr könnt die Sachen auch auf den Fotos sehen:
