Hallo, ich bin auf dem Weg nach Rio und suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für mein rießen Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 75 qm, eine top Einbauküche, rießiges Bad und der Rest ist auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Nachbaren sind sehr angenehm, Stockhöhe fast 3.50 m. Zur Uni sind es 5 min zu Fuß, es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und die Bahn geht 50 Meter entfernt. Wenn du Interesse hast, einfach anrufen oder mailen. Mein Mitbewohner ist super entspannt.
Ab 11.11.2010 geht der Vertrag mit der Telekom zu Ende, da kann man sich dann wieder was günstiges holen. Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, von 10.10. bis 1.11. kann man rein, auch beim Auszug geht etwas zwischen 1.2. bis 1.3., je nachdem.
