da ich für ein längeres Praktikum umziehen muss, biete ich mein schönes, möbliertes WG-Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung am westlichen Rand der Innenstadt zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit diversen Bussen gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zur Uni etwa 8 Minuten - in die Fußgängerzone sogar nur 3 Minuten.
Des weiteren befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Supermärkte und Bäcker.
In der WG werden neben Deutsch auch andere Sprachen gesprochen, weswegen sich besonders auch gerne ERASMUS Studenten oder Praktikanten aus dem Ausland bei uns melden dürfen!

Hi!
as I am forced to leave Braunschweig for a 4 month internship elsewhere, I would like to sublease my awesome 15sqm room in a central located old buildings flat share.
The apartment is nicely connected to university, central station and inner city by diverse busses.
Furthermore, these places are easily reachable by bike within a few minutes.
Very close to the apartement, you will also find a few supermarkets and some bakery.
As we used to speak English, Spanish and French in addition to German, we would welcome each ERASMUS student or trainee from abroad!
