Hallo potentielle Mitbewohnerin!
Wir suchen eine Nachmieterin für Julias 16qm großes, ruhiges Zimmer. Es hat einen schönen alten Dielenfußboden und ein Fenster zur strassenabgewandten Seite. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 130 qm groß, hat eine riesige Küche und einen großen Balkon, der Gaußpark ist quasi nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und Bus und Bahn liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Zur TU läuft man ca. 5 Minuten, wenn die Ampel rot ist.
Wir, das sind Jens, Robert und Justine, sind zusammen 80 Jahre alt und teilweise berufstätig (Jens ist Lehrer), teilweise Studenten (Robert studiert Architektur, Justine schreibt ihre Doktorarbeit in Agrarwissenschaft), sind weder eine Zweck-WG, noch eine Wir-müssen-alles-zusammen-machen-WG. Dennoch kochen wir gerne, grillen im Park oder feiern gemeinsam Balkonpartys.
