Du suchst in der Innenstadt von Braunschweig noch eine günstige Unterkunft? Dann habe ich genau das Richtige für Dich.
Du bekommst ein Zimmer mit 11qm, eine günstige Möglichkeit gut zu wohnen und 3 nette Mitbewohner die immer für eine spontane Feier zu haben sind. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Die Miete beträgt 196 Euro und ist all inklusive ;)
Eine große (Wohn-) Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank sowie einer Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und hat einen sehr guten Zustand.
Du wohnst direkt in der Innenstadt, so erreichst du in 3 Gehminuten die Schlossarkaden, verschiedene Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen sowie diverse Bars und Klubs. Zum Hauptcampus sind es ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 5 Minuten mit der Bahn für „faule“ Tage.
