Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer ca 55 qm großen 2er WG und ist selbst ungefähr 15 qm groß. Aufgrund dessen, das es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, besitzt das Zimmer eine Dachschräge. Im Zimmer sind zwei Fenster, weshalb es sehr hell und schön ist. Die Wohnung besitzt ein ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer sowie einen Balkon. Zur Verfügung stehen des Weiteren ein Fahrradschuppen sowie ein Keller.
2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle Amalienplatz (direkte Verbindung zur UNI, Innenstadt und Bahnhof). Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, ALDI,LIDL) innerhalb von 2-4 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, also eigentlich optimal gelegen. Mit dem Rad erreicht man die Uni in ca. 7 min.
Euer neuer Mitbewohner ist ein 26 jähriger, netter, sportlicher und aufgeschlossenerer Bauingenieursstudent, der für abendliche Unternehmungen und sonstigen Aktivitäten immer zur Verfügung steht ;)
