Hallo, ich biete hier mein helles 20qm großes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich für ein Semester über Erasmus nach Italien gehe.
Die Decken sind schön hoch und mit Stuck verziert. Die Möbel bleiben größtenteils so wie auf den Bildern im Zimmer.
Die nächste Haltestelle "Hamburgerstraße" ist zu Fuß in 4 min erreichbar. Zur Universität kommt man in 12 min zu Fuß oder in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad. Auch in die Innenstadt kommt man in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Der Flughafen wo ich studiere und der Campus Nord sind mit dem Bus direkt angebunden.
Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Rewe mit großzügigen Öffnungszeiten und die Ölper ist nicht weit entfernt zum entlang joggen.
Wir sind momentan zwei Mädels und zwei Jungs. Zwei von uns studieren und zwei sind arbeitssuchend. Wir leben ganz entspannt miteinander und freuen uns, wenn es mal klappt was zusammen zu unternehmen. Vor allem Spiele-Abende sind beliebt.
