Ich werde von Braunschweig wegen meines Studiums ausziehen, deswegen suche ich ab sofort eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer . Meine Mitbewohnerin bleibt noch in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern und ist mit Bad und einer Küche ausgestattet. Ein großer Keller steht auch zur Verfügung. Die Wohnfläche der Wohnung beträgt 43,28 m2. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon und hat ein anderes Fenster außer den Balkon. Das Zimmer ist hell und bietet eine tolle Ansicht in den Garten. Das Zimmer ist weiß gestrichen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300 Euro. Dazu sind Strom, Nebenkosten und Internet auch enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt in Saarstraße,Lehndorf. Edeka ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt und der nächste Bushaltestelle ist 1 Gehminute. Der Bus fährt direkt ins Stadtzentrum bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gemütlcih.
Meine Mitbewohnerin macht ihren Master in Pharmaingenieurwesen. Sie ist nett , hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Sie spricht Deutsch,Englisch und Arabisch.
Von Nachmieterin sind das Bett mit sehr bequemer Matratze, die Nachtkommode , der Kleiderschrank, die Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank gegen 120 Euro als Abschlag zu übernehmen und kann auch als nicht möbliertes Zimmer vermietet.
Bei Interesse kann gern eine Wohnungsbesichtigung vereinbart werden.
