Renting out a furnished room of 18 sqm in 82 sqm apartment. big living room, balcony, kitchen and two bathrooms. in a quiet and green area yet not far from the center by bike. the room comes with a bed, wardrobe, plants, and shelf. The whole appartment is furnished so you do not need to bring anything. The room has a big window and a lot of nice sun in the morning. the living room has a common area with desk, couches, TV and the balcony invites to see the sunset and have a rest. Let me know for further details.
the flat is located in Westliches Ringgebiet which is close to the bus station rudolfsplatz and the bike path "Ringgleis", by bike you are in 10-15 minutes in the centre, the advantage from this area is that its quiet and in a green area but you are nonetheless well connected with the bus or bike to the centre. i would prefer both someone who likes to share a occasionally a drink or meal but also respects privacy. so not someone completely anonymous but also sometimes to socialize in the flat whenever we feel like it. cleanliness is important of course and with my past roommate we shared a cleaning schedule and found a good balance.
