Hallo zusammen,
ich muss für den Monat Februar in den Homeoffice nach Berlin und biete daher mein wunderschönes süßes und komplett möbliertes Zimmer in Braunschweig für einen Monat oder weniger (evtl. gerne auch mehr in Absprache und abhängig von der Coronalage) im Westlichen Ringgebiet für 460 EUR inkl. Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Internet etc.) an.
In dem Zimmer sind ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, ein 140x200er Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein kleines Regal und eine Lampe plus Deckenleuchte. In dem großen Kleiderschrank würde ich etwa ein Viertel des Stauraumes für dich Platz machen.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man so benötigt, z. B. Espressomaschine, 2 Bäder (1 Wannenbad und eine kleine separate Toilette), Geschirrspüler, einen Saugroboter, Waschmaschine im Keller, einen großen Balkon, Fernseher etc. -, einen sehr netten Mitbewohner, dessen Freundin häufig da ist.
Das WG-Leben ist ruhig (keine Party-WG), wir sprechen viel Englisch - Deutsch ist aber natürlich auch willkommen, wir kochen häufiger zusammen, Privatsphäre ist allen wichtig, alle arbeiten relativ viel (Homeoffice und Büro).
Ordentlichkeit ist natürlich auch wichtig.
