Hi :)
Da ich ab Februar für 4 Monate nach Brüssel gehe, wird mein Zimmer für diese Zeit frei.
Eventuell geht es für mich beruflich dann auch erstmal außerhalb Niedersachsens weiter, sodass möglicherweise die Mietzeit ab Mai noch mal verlängert werden könnte.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 90 qm und verfügt über ein schönes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, ein großes Bad und ein kleines Gäste-WC.
An dein Zimmer grenzt ein Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Gaußpark, die Oker ist um die Ecke und führt dich in 15 min zum Ölper See.
Bis in die Innenstadt sind es 10 min zu Fuß, der 24h-Rewe am Affenfelsen ist 5 min weg.
Bis zur Uni sind es ebenfalls nur 10 min zu Fuß.
Dein Mitbewohner wäre Augusto, 29, gebürtiger Italiener, der nun nach seiner Doktorarbeit am PTB arbeitet.
