ich suche möglichst schon zum 01.02. einen neuen Mitbewohner. Mein Name ist Jano, ich bin 20 Jahre alt und mache einen Bfd. danach möchte ich soziale Arbeit studieren. Ich bewohne ein kleines Haus im Siegfriedviertel und hatte bis letzten Monat noch ein Zimmer vermietet. Jetzt suche ich schnellstmöglich jemanden zur Nachmiete. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, siehe Foto (das Zimmer mit grünem Teppich) aber dafür beträgt die Warmmiete auch ,,nur" 250€. Es gibt allerdings auch noch ein recht großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, einen Keller und einen eigenen Garten. Ich besitze eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine welche selbstverständlich gemeinsam genutzt werden können. Am Wochenende ziehe ich ganz gerne mal mit Freunden los und auch unter der Woche habe ich öfter mal Freunde bei mir im Zimmer. Wenn du interessiert bist, melde dich einfach bei mir :)
