Frei ist das 18m² große Balkonzimmer. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer(60m²), 2 davon werden bewohnt und eins ist als begehbarer Kleiderschrank/Abstellraum/was dir sonst noch einfällt nutzbar! Vom Balkon aus hat man einen Blick auf die Grünfläche vorm Haus, den Eintracht-Fußballplatz und sobald die bäume ihre Blätter verlieren auch aufs Eintracht-Stadion. Mein Mitbewohner könnte gegen eine kleine Ablöse seinen Schreibtisch, 2 Kommoden, ein Regal und eine Schlafcouch abgeben. Im Zimmer ist Teppich verlegt, es gibt Kabelfernsehen und eine 32.000Kbit/s Internet-Flat, Festnetz-Flat und W-Lan. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine.
Direkt am Eintrachtstadion. Mit dem Rad ist man in 3-5min bei der Uni, die Bahn brauch 7min. Am Ende der Straße gibts ein super Fitnessstudio, Supermarkt(NP), Banken(SpK, VB), Bäcker, Ärzte, Kiosk, Pizzeria, der beste Döner der Stadt, Friseure und und und sind direkt vor der Haustür. Am Stadion ist es schön grün und da es sich nicht um die Hauptstraße handelt schön ruhig. Parksituation ist super und man ist fix auf dem Ring oder der Autobahn.
Ich, Benni 19 Jahre alt, würde Dein neuer Mitbewohner sein. Mein Kumpel Arne zieht aus, da er nach Australien geht und BS verlässt. Du könntest sofort einziehen, jedoch spätestens zum 01.08.2012.
Ich studiere im zweiten Semester Maschinenbau, mache mindestens dreimal die Woche Sport(Kampfsport/FitnessStudio/Radfahren), koche gern, gehe feiern, wenn meine Zeit es zulässt und verbringe die meisten Wochenenden mit meiner Freundin. Ich würde mich freuen, Dich kennenzulernen!
