Dein neues Zimmer ist 17qm groß, hat dunkles Laminat und ein Fenster Richtung Norden. Es handelt sich um einen Altbau. Die großzügige Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat 3 Zimmer. Zwei gleich große Zimmer (eins davon ist deins, das andere meins) und ein größeres, welches als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird. Die Miete beträgt 360€ warm, inklusive Internet etc.
Dein zukünftiges Zuhause liegt in Uni-Nähe. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 15 Minuten bis zum Audimax.
Die Wohnung ist gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden: Die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist etwa 3 Minuten entfernt und man fährt 8 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Mein Name ist Lasse, 28 Jahre alt und Informatikstudent. Ich wohne seit 3 Jahren in dieser Wohnung. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Fußball und lese gerne Mangas und Comics. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir mal zusammen kochen oder etwas unternehmen würden.
