Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und schön hell. Der Fußboden ist aus Holz, die eine Wand ist noch in Fliederfarbe von der Vormieterin gestrichen.
Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sehr schön hell.
2min zu Fuß zum Bus. 10-15min mit zu Fuß zur Uni.
Das weiße Ross ist direkt um die Ecke, mit DM, Rewe, Bio-Markt, Bäcker, Friseur, Florist etc.
Lidl, Aldi, Praktiker und Staples sind auch nicht weit.
Gesucht wird jmd der nicht nur eine Schlafmöglichkeit braucht. Keine Zweck WG, gerne auch Triathlon und anderweitig sportbegeisterte Leute gesucht.
Gesucht wird jmd der auch bereits studiert oder bald ein Studium in Braunschweig beginnt.
Der Preis des Zimmers enthält alles. Von Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Abwasser, DSL, Telefon, bla bla bla und auch eine Hausratsversicherung ist dabei, bei der eine Fahrradversicherung bei Diebstahl vor dem Haus mit inbegriffen ist. In Braunschweig ist die Radmafia sehr fleißig.
