Es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer, eins mit 10 m² und das andere mit 6 m². Wie alle Zimmer, grenzen die zwei Zimmer an die große möblierte Wohnküche an. Dich erwartet außerdem ein großes Badezimmer mit Fenster, Badewanne, Dusche und einem extra-großen Spiegel. Zudem gibt es ein Gäste-WC, sodass früh kein Stau vorm Bad entsteht. Ein weiteres Highlight: ein gemütlicher Balkon auf dem man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann.
Das größere Zimmer kann gegen einen Abschlag möbliert übernommen werden. Ein Bett (180x200 cm, ohne Matratze) und ein Stuhl stehen noch im Zimmer. Das kleinere Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
You will rent two rooms, 10 m² and 6 m², of the big 137 m² flat. How all rooms, the two rooms adjoin the big furnished eat-in kitchen. The big bathroom has a window, a bathtube, a shower and a XXL-mirror. There is also a guest toilet - no jam in the morning. Another highlight: a comfortable balcony where you can enjoy the sun.
The bigger room can take over furnished against payment. It is furnished with a bed (180x200 cm, without mattress) and a chair. The smaller room is unfurnished.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe vom Ölper See. Dort darf man zwar nicht baden, aber zum Joggen, Grillen, Sonnen oder auf ein Bier kann man sich hervorragend treffen. Und wenn es auf einen Kaffee oder zum Feiern in die Innenstadt geht, braucht man ca. 15 min mit dem Fahrrad. Zum Hauptcampus der TU braucht man ca. 10 min.
The flat is located in a quiet area near to „Ölper See“. Here you excellently can meet with somebody for jogging, grilling or sunbathing. And if you want to go in a cafe in the afternoon or to a party in the evening, you need approx. 15 min by bike to the city centre.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Bin, welcher schon seit längerem in der WG lebt, sowie Kevin und Hussnain, welche am 01.04. eingezogen sind. Bin studiert Elektromobilität und ist in den letzten Zügen seiner Masterarbeit. Kevin studierte Biochemie, arbeitet nun im Helmholtz Zentrum für Infektionsforschung und würde gerne promovieren. Hussnain hat soeben bei VW angefangen zu arbeiten.
Your flat mates are Bin, who lives for the longest time in the flat-sharing community, as well as Kevin and Hussnain, who moved in on the 1st april. Bin is studying electromobility and is in the last step of his master thesis. Kevin studied biochemistry and now works at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research and will do his PhD there. Hussnain just started working at VW.
