Hallo,
es werden zwei Zimmer frei. Zum einen ein großes helles Zimmer mit kleinem Wintergarten (ca. 32m²) und ein weiteres Zimmer, ebenfalls groß und hell(28m²). In der WG gibt es eine große Küche und ein kleines Badezimmer.Alles sehr nett, aber nicht spektakulär.
Ich zahle momentan für das große Zimmer monatlich ca. 325 Euro. Damit sind alle Kosten abgedeckt (inkl. Internet). Das kleinere Zimmer ist ein paar Euro günstiger.
Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage im Östlichen Ringgebiet. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 min zum Bahnhof und 5 min in die Innenstadt.
2 neue Leute werden zum 01.08.2015 gesucht. Übrig bleiben 2 berufstätige nette junge Damen (24 u. 26 Jahre alt).
