Das Zimmer hat etwas mehr als 16 m2 und ist das kleinere der beiden Zimmer. Es hat ein großes Fenster und ist nach Osten ausgerichtet.
In der WG sind ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden und können nach Absprache mit deinem Vormieter übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni. Sowohl den Hauptcampus, als auch den Ost- und Nordcampus kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichen.
Außerdem gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Lidl, Penny und Netto in der Nähe.
Was das WG-Leben betrifft, bin ich ziemlich offen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man gelegentlich zusammen etwas unternimmt, kocht, ein Bierchen trinkt oder so..
Eine reine Zweck-WG ist für mich nicht ideal.
