Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß und liegt direkt gegenüber der Toilette, was schonmal ein riesen Plus ist! Außerdem hast du ein großes Fenster in Ostrichtung mit Blick auf den schönen Innenhof des Wohnblocks. In deinem Zimmer gibts es sogar einen eigenen Wasserhahn mit Waschbecken! Das Haus ist ein Altbau, also hat dein Zimmer hohe Decken und einen Dielenboden. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel übergeben.

The room has a size of 20m² and is very close to the toilet, which already is a nice perk! There's a big window headed towards East with a beautiful view of the backyard. There even is a working faucet with a sink in your room! The building is old, so your room has a high ceiling and a wooden plank floor. The room will be unfurnished.
Die WG liegt im dritten Stock eines Altbaus direkt am Ring im schönen östlichen Ringgebiet. Eine Bushaltestelle (Jasperallee) ist fast direkt vor der Haustür und auch Parkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Haus. In der Innenstadt bist du mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten und den Prinzenpark erreichst du genauso schnell. Auch ein Edeka ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt.

Our flat is in the third floor of an old house in the beautiful eastern area of Braunschweig, directly at the ringroad. There is a bus stop ("Jasperallee") almost in front of the house and you can also park your car right there. You'll reach the city center in 5 minutes by bike and Prinzenpark in the same time. Also there's a supermarket just one minute by foot from here.
Wir sind Laetitia (23), Annie (32) und Alex (30).
Laetitia studiert Freie Kunst and der HBK, ist viel unterwegs und wechselt die Orte genauso oft wie ihre Haarfarbe. Im Keller kannst du einen Teil ihres künstlerischen Werks bewundern.
Annie ist auch an der HBK und studiert dort Kunstpädagogik und Darstellendes Spiel. Sie wird die WG am 01.07. leider verlassen. 🥲
Alex arbeitet am Theater und ist gut in der lokalen Veranstaltungsszene vernetzt. Seine Leidenschaft sind Fahrräder und er flickt deinen Reifen schneller als du Reifenpanne sagen kannst.
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, auch wenn alle so ihren eigenen Tagesrhytmus haben und man sich eher zufällig trifft. Ab und zu machen wir mal einen Filmabend zusammen oder treffen uns Abends in der Küche zum plaudern. Wir suchen deshalb eine Person, die Bock hat, uns ein bisschen kennenzulernen und nicht nur in ihrem Zimmer verschwindet! :)

We are Laetitia (23), Annie (32) and Alex (30).
Laetitia studies Fine Arts at the HBK, travels a lot and changes places as often as her hair color. You can admire some of her artistic work in the basement.
Annie is also at the HBK, where she studies art education and performing arts. Unfortunately, she will be leaving the flat on 01.07. 🥲
Alex works in the theater and is well connected in the local event scene. His passion ist all about bicycles and he can fix your tire faster than you can say “Reifenpanne“.
The flat is not only functional, even though everyone has their own daily rhythm and we tend to meet up rather randomly. Every now and then we have a movie night together or meet in the kitchen in the evening to chat. Therefore we are looking for someone who wants to get to know us a bit and doesn‘t just disappear into their room! :)
