The house is located in the best residential area, a 2-minute walk from the main campus of TU.
From the window you already look at the Audimax. So those who are up at 7:55 h have not yet lost the 8 o'clock lecture on time.

The residential area is quiet and yet you have a lot of life right in front of the door.
Shops, cafés, sports and bars are within walking distance.
You can go to the beautiful city centre of Braunschweig by tram or you can walk there in 15 minutes.

Das Haus befindet sich in bester Wohnlage, 2 Gehminuten vom Hauptcampus der TU entfernt.
Aus dem Fenster schaust du schon aufs Audimax. Wer um 7:55 h aufsteht hat also noch nicht verloren, die 8 Uhr Vorlesung pünktlich zu erreichen.

Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und trotzdem hat man durch die Uninähe viel Leben direkt vor der Haustür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Sport und Bars befinden sich in Laufweite.
In die schöne Braunschweiger Innenstadt kann man mit der Strassenbahn fahren oder man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß dort.
